I help our clients with their outbound engagement efforts including social media, email marketing and marketing automation.
As the digital marketing lead for a number of our clients I oversee many aspects of their programs. I build and manage lead nurturing programs. I run editorial calendars and email marketing programs. I develop social publishing and social listening strategies. And, I report back performance of their digital marketing efforts on a monthly basis.

The Fine Print
During my career at Rattleback I’ve worn a lot of different hats. Prior to my current role, I functioned as clients’ key liaison for a number of years. Shortly after that, I shifted into a project management hat. In all those roles, I frequently touched our clients’ digital marketing activities, and recently I settled into that role solely. Prior to Rattleback, I worked for the credit card division of Bridgestone Tires (Credit First National Association). As part of the promotions department, I organized internal incentive programs for sales managers and coordinated customer promotional programs. I earned a B.S.B.A in Marketing from John Carroll University.
